Ewuare N'Ogidigan is arguably the greatest Oba in Edo history. Also, as part of preparations for the epoch event, the Crown Prince embarked on a symbolic wrestling bout with the Chief Priest of Okhuaihe shrine and the Ohen N’Ukoni Neyedo, Osarodion Usuanlele. The implication of the symbolic wrestling bout which took place at the shrine located at Evbuekoi community, in Uhunwode Local Government Area of the state, is that once the Crown Prince becomes Oba, both of them will never see each other again.The ancient city is agog with ceremonies which are steeped in ancient tradition. The crown prince, Eheneden Erediauwa is being coronated as the 39th monarch of the kingdom. The event is attended by prominent Nigerians and first class traditional rulers from across the country.

Among them are the Sultan of Sokoto, the Emir of Kano, the Olu of Warri, the Ooni of Ife and the Obi of Onitsha.
