The daughter of popular Ghanaian politician, Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi, an NPP Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem central constituency, has hanged herself.
According to Ghana Web, the 18 -year-old 100-level Chemical Engineering student Adwoa Agyarkwa, at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), was found dead on Friday morning in her hostel room with a rope around her neck.
Though yet to be ascertained and confirmed close friends and students at KNUST campus said she failed one of her courses and couldn’t bear the shame.The deceased IS said to have left a suicide note, saying: ‘am sorry to disappoint you mummy and daddy’.
A Sad Sad day for the family it must have been, RIP and deepest sympathy to the family.
